so a little lunch date turned into my favorite meal ever prepared. I'm not a meat eater so much, extremely picky when it's protien. I ordered the carne asada nachos and I was blown away with flavor, texture and all together . Mike made the dining experience a little more amazing by stopping by tables and saying hi, asking us how the food was- he's my friend but besides our table he went to everyone else's. This was possibly hands down my favorite spot and future date place
Mike and the rest of the La Paloma staff took care of our large party last minute notice and treated us all as if we are family. The service was incredibly fast. The food was excellent and the after dinner desserts were through the roof. We even threw a birthday celebration and last minute which he accommodated. We are two for two since Mike took over. So happy with our experience and the service.
As a plant based eater (vegan). I was SO PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. I had the veggie sizzling fajitas and they added mushrooms...Delicious. The beans are lard FREE and the guacamole was AMAZING. The restaurant was clean inviting and smelled so GOOD! The staff was attentive professional and interacted with the customers and each other with genuine interest and enjoyment. The restaurant is a little off the beaten path AND WELL WORTH THE TRIP. I live in a small country town and had to visit another small country town for some business and stumbled upon this gem, but I will be looking forward to coming back for the sheer pleasure. Vegans, don't be afraid, run right over..you won't be sorry!!!
Went to eat there with my Sister and niece , the food is great , ambiance is beautiful , well kept establishment. I had had the chicken fried steak , yummm! Also Mike the owner here is starting to sell the ceviche . Friends you gots to try his ceviche is delish . Do ask for a little side of lime mayonnaise to put on the chip prior to outing the ceviche on it . Soooooo good!
I’ve often said you can have mediocre food but awesome customer service and be successful as a restaurant. This place however didn’t have mediocre food but matched their good food with stellar service. We were promptly sat down with drinks, chips and salsa and order taken. We were in and out in 40 minutes. Gila Valley needs to take notes because this is how it’s done.
The waitstaff was great. We had a wait ever though we called ahead, but they completely made up for it with food and service. The tacos were great, my brother loved the smothered enchiladas and the finish of fried ice cream topped off the night.
Perfect. Had amazing shrimp tacos and good chimichanga. Free refills of soda perfect nachos. Amazing service ate the food before I could take a photo.
